Adrian Roper

Mobile Operations Department Manager

Adrian joined Satcom Direct in September 2010 and holds the position of Mobile Operations Department Manager. Based in Satellite Beach, Florida, he is responsible for customer support, sales, and marketing activities for the department. Adrian's management/leadership roles include- leading XMWX/(WxWorx) customer activations and support activities for both Aviation and Maritime customers, Systems Test Leader for Harris Corporation WARP and SIMIN projects, and as a technological and operational manager for the USAF weather career field. Adrian holds a B.S degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University and is a retired USAF 20 year veteran.

Chris Harris

Mobile Operations Department Assistant Manager

Chris joined Satcom Direct’s Mobile Operations Department in March 2008, and specializes as an inside sales and support representative for Iridium/Inmarsat equipment and services. He provides technical and customer support for satcomstore.com as well as SatcomSimple, providing a streamlined approach to online processes. Chris is currently based at Satcom Directs Mobile Operations office in Satellite Beach, FL.

Jayna Jervey

Inside Sales/Support Representative

Jayna joined Satcom Direct’s Mobile Operations Department in June, 2011 and holds the position of Customer Support Representative. She provides technical and customer support for Iridium/Inmarsat equipment and services. Jayna is a recent graduate from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is currently in the Master's of Business Administration program at Florida Institute of Technology.
