Prepaid Account Refresh

You can refresh your existing Satcom Direct Iridium prepaid SIM card online by choosing from the options below. You must enter your Iridium account number (Ex. 8816-XXX-XXXXX) you wish to refresh to successfully submit the order and the SIM card must have been issued by Satcom Direct/Satcom Store. All refreshes will be added to your Iridium account within one full business day of your completed order.
